DeemandTV Referral Policy

At DeemandTV, we believe in rewarding our loyal customers who help us grow by sharing our services with their family, friends, and community. Our Referral Program offers customers the opportunity to earn real cash rewards when they successfully refer others to purchase our subscription plans.

This document outlines how the referral program works, eligibility requirements, reward structure, and important terms & conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Only active paid subscribers of DeemandTV are eligible to participate in the referral program.
  • A subscriber must have purchased one of the following yearly plans:
    • Essential Plan
    • Premium Plus Plan
    • Ultimate VIP Plan
  • Free trials, promotional accounts, or expired plans are not eligible.
  • Each customer will be assigned a unique referral code after successful subscription activation.

2. How the Referral Program Works

  1. Subscribe to Any Plan

    Purchase one of our plans to automatically become eligible for the referral program.

  2. Get Your Referral Code

    Once your plan is confirmed, you’ll receive a unique referral code linked to your account.

  3. Invite Friends & Family

    Share your referral code with anyone who may be interested in joining DeemandTV.

  4. Successful Referral = Real Cash

    When someone uses your code to buy a subscription plan, and their purchase is successfully processed, you earn a real cash reward.

  5. Unlimited Earnings

    There is no cap—refer as many people as you like and earn unlimited rewards.

3. Reward Structure

  • You will earn a fixed cash reward for each successful referral.
  • Rewards may differ depending on the plan purchased by the referred person.
      Example:
    • Referral of Essential Plan
    • Referral of Premium Plus Plan
    • Referral of Ultimate VIP Plan
  • Reward values will be communicated on your customer dashboard or by our support team.
  • Rewards are provided as real cash, not credits or discounts.

4. Terms & Conditions

    • A referral is only valid when the referred person:
      • Is a new customer (not an existing or previous subscriber).
      • Uses your unique referral code at the time of purchase.

    • To be eligible for Cashback, you must invite a minimum of 5 friends or family members.
    • Invited friends/family must complete a qualifying action (e.g., register, make a purchase, or subscribe) for the invite to count.
    • Cashback eligibility is limited to subscribers who maintain their subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for Cashback.
  3. Cashback Validity:
    • Cashback is valid within 8 months from the date of your subscription.
    • Only transactions completed within this period will be considered for Cashback.
  4. Cashback Limitations:
    • Cashback applies only to qualifying transactions as determined by the company.
    • The company reserves the right to withhold or revoke Cashback if fraudulent or invalid activity is detected.
    • If you have received Cashback, you are not eligible for a refund. You may only cancel your subscription, but the Cashback will remain non-refundable.
  5. Payment of Cashback:
    • Cashback will be credited to your account within 10 business days after the qualifying criteria are met.
    • Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
  6. General Conditions:
    • The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Cashback program at any time without prior notice.
    • By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional guidelines the company may issue.
  7. Duplicate Accounts Not Allowed
    • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited (you cannot refer yourself using another email or account).
    • Creating fake or duplicate accounts to claim rewards will lead to disqualification and account suspension.
  8. Reward Payouts
    • Rewards will be processed after the referred person’s payment is confirmed and any applicable refund period has expired.
    • Rewards will be credited to your registered payout method (Zelle transfer, ACH transfer, Wire transfer etc.).
    • Minimum payout thresholds (e.g., $50) may apply before funds can be withdrawn.
  9. Refunds & Cancellations
    • If a referred customer cancels their plan within the refund/chargeback window, your referral reward will be void.
    • Rewards are only applicable for completed, non-refundable purchases.
  10. Plan Upgrades or Downgrades
    • If a referred customer upgrades to a higher plan later, the original referrer will only earn the reward for the initial plan purchased.
    • Future upgrades are not eligible for additional rewards unless a new referral code is used.
  11. Reward Limits & Taxes
    • While there is no maximum earning cap, you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable on your referral income as per your country’s regulations.
    • DeemandTV will not deduct taxes from payouts unless required by law.
  12. Fraudulent or Misleading Promotion
    • Referral codes must be shared honestly with friends, family, and networks.
    • Misuse, spamming, or false advertising of referral codes may result in termination from the program.
  13. Program Changes
    • DeemandTV reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time.
    • Any such changes will not affect pending, valid referrals already in process.

5. Example Scenarios

  • Case 1: You buy the Premium Plus Plan and share your referral code. Your friend buys the Essential Plan → You earn the reward for the Essential Plan referral.
  • Case 2: A referred customer cancels within 7 days and gets a refund → Your reward is void.
  • Case 3: A friend forgets to use your referral code → Unfortunately, no reward can be given as the code was not applied.
  • Case 4: Two referrers give the same person their codes → Only the code entered during checkout counts.
  • Case 5: You attempt to use your own code on another account with the same payment method → The system will detect and reject it as a self-referral.

6. Summary

  • Buy any plan → Get referral code → Share → Earn unlimited real cash.
  • Rewards are only for valid, new, and successful purchases.
  • No self-referrals, duplicates, or fake accounts.
  • Rewards are processed after payment confirmation and refund clearance.
